Chapman Hill Extra Virgin Olive Oils are amongst Australia's best. Chapman Hill produces three distinctive, sophisticated and flavoursome single varietal Extra Virgin Olive Oils of the highest quality — Frantoio, Leccino and New Norcia.
Chapman Hill is located at Glenaroua on the Northern slopes of the Great Dividing Range in Central Victoria. This is an Australian region synonomous with fine food and wine production.
On the gentle ironstone slopes of Chapman Hill, at an elevation of 300 metres, eight hectares of ordered rows of olive trees thrive in the rich soil and are bathed in a climate that is typically Mediterranean. Cool sunny winters and long, warm, dry summers allow the olives to ripen perfectly, creating fresh, fruity extra smooth, extra virgin olive oils.
